Front Desk/Night Auditor

Effingham Baymont Inn and Suites is now hiring a part-time Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team! This is the perfect job for a college student or someone looking for part-time! Must have good customer service skills, experience is preferred but is not required.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
* Makes daily deposits if needed.
* Manages daily paperwork including occupancy report, guest list, cash drawer summary, account summary, history file, and housekeeping report.
* Performs and documents security walks on a regular basis.
* Implements proper procedures in emergency situations.
* Assists in setting up breakfast area as directed; replenishes breakfast items as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $13.
00 per hour Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications Work Location: In person
