Overview:
The Real Estate Coordinator is an impactful role in the company responsible for providing support for leadership roles to enable organization and efficiencies for long-term growth.
This individual will partner with key stakeholders including senior management.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Actively participate with the team on companywide and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives to align with company objectives
Provide execution support and tracking on projects, specifically for the Construction Department
Enter and keep track of construction project invoices to provide real time paid to date information
Be the primary accounts payable function
Manage and distribute correspondence as needed
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
May be required to cross train and perform other duties
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of relative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
Strong work ethic, highly organized, results-driven, with great verbal and written communication skills
Have a constant improvement mindset and expect a high level of excellence
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Good visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds and
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
