Brighton Cabinetry is looking for a full time Finisher/Sander in our Paint department.
The hours will be Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30pm with overtime.
We are looking for someone who preferably has some finishing experience.
Some of the duties for this job include:
*1)*Spray, or hand-rub finishing ingredients, such as paint, stain, onto and into wood grain; then apply lacquer or other sealers.
*2)*Fill and smooth cracks or depressions, remove marks and imperfections, and repair broken parts, using plastic or wood putty, glue, nails, and/or screws.
*3)*Mix finish ingredients to obtain desired colors or shades.
*4)*Remove excess solvent, using cloths soaked in paint thinner.
*5)*Smooth, shape, and touch-up surfaces to prepare them for finishing, using sandpaper or sanders
