Lead Production Operator

We are currently in search of an experienced *Lead Production Operator*.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring all egg-breaking equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
The operator will continually monitor all egg-breaking equipment throughout production, identify problems, and help solve them with input and direction from our maintenance team.
*Skills* * Proven experience in a lead production role is preferred * Ability to troubleshoot common machine problems * Experience with motors, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors is preferred.
* Exhibit good communication skills * Work in team environment with current maintenance staff and outside contractors or independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
