Description:
We are looking for a project manager to join our manufacturing team and oversee the planning, execution and delivery of various projects.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality standards and resolving issues.
You will also be expected to communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular reports on the status and progress of the projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of manufacturing projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate and communicate withinternal and external stakeholders, such as general contractors, suppliers, project engineers, and quality assurance teams
Manage project deliverables such as shop drawings, product data, and product samples to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may affect project performance or quality
Review submittal drawings for compliance to architectural drawings and specifications
Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and deliverables to senior management and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, business, or related field
At least three years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
Proficient in project management software, tools, and methodologies
Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams across different functions and locations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
