Construction Foreman:
Compensation is $25-35/hour based on experience.
The Job:
Lead a crew of 3 to 4 field employees
Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
Operate hand and power tools, operate equipment
Read and interpret building plans, manage job site, stage materials
Construct structural wood frame, install steel roof and wall panels
Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
Stable income and reliable year-round construction work
Work outside in a variety of elements, not in a factory or office
Assigned one-ton truck, trailer, and skid steer - full set up to run a crew
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Prior building trades experience required (carpentry is preferred)
On the Job Training is available
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
Must possess valid driver’s license
